3. Online Registration and Accounts
To register for courses, you may be required to create an account on our online platform. 4. Payments and Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
- A 50% refund is available if cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before the course start date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has commenced.
- Sylvan Spirit Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another suitable course.
